The ASSIST tool turns the principals defined by the assessment framework in an easy to use tool. It supports users in selecting stakeholders, collecting data and calculating performance measures.
You can download the tool-kit free of cost. It is available under a dual licence: a) the GNU General Public License (GPL) licence and b) a commercial licence. The commercial licence is available upon request. GPL is the standard option when downloading the tool.
